Test the Booth
We understand how important this day is for you. You wouldn’t choose your DJ, band, photographer or other event vendor without meeting in person. Why should a photo booth be any different? We would love to have you visit our office, consult with us one on one, and test out our booth. You can also create Save the Dates at this time if you would like.
Insurance
We are fully insured and maintain back up booths. This is your day. We do not want you worrying about anything. Be sure to ask other companies about insurance, back up booths, and delivery guarantees.

What are some important things when reserving a photo booth?
It is important for you to do your research. There are many options for you and it can be hard to compare apples to apples. Ask questions about insurance, back up booths, print time, down time, set up fees, etc. We are confident that you will find Capture It Photo Booths to be the best for you and your event.
Do I need a scrapbook?
Getting a scrapbook is your choice and it is an option that we highly recommend. This is a book of all the photos that you will keep forever. Years from now you will look back at these photos and remember how much fun people had at your reception.
Can I do a scrapbook myself or will you do it for us?Some of our clients will do the scrapbooks themselves by getting a family member or friend to handle this task. This can be overwhelming and whoever is doing your scrapbook will miss the party.
We highly recommend that if you decide to have a scrapbook created that you allow us to handle this for you. It comes at an additional cost but it will take all the worries out of your hands.
What are props and what is the purpose to have them?Props can add a whole new dimension to the fun that can be had inside our photo booth. Whether crazy hats or sunglasses, props can bring out the fun in all your guests. We have a wide variety of props that cover many themes. If you would like, you may also bring your own props.
How far in advance should I book the Photo Booth?
As soon as you have made your decision to have a photo booth we recommend getting it booked. Photo booths are limited in availability and book quickly. With that being said, even if your reception is coming soon you can still call for availability.
What are the payment options?We require a $300.00 non-refundable retainer to secure the date 2 months prior to the evnt. The remaining balance must be paid 2 days prior to the event. In the case that your event is scheduled sooner than 30 days we require the balance to be paid in full at the agreement signing.
Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
Is there Sales tax?
Yes, our Photo Booth rental service is subject to local sales tax in Texas.
What if my time with you expires during my event and I decide I want to keep the rental going?No problem! The additional hour(s) of Photo booth rental can be provided at $150 per hour.
What are your requirements at the location?
Our requirements are very simple. We need an area that will fit a 3 x 6 foot photo booth, electrical outlets within 10 feet, and a 6 foot table if you are using our scrapbook service. Our extended photo booth will need 3 x 8 feet area.
Are we charged for set-up time?No there is not fee for the time before or after your rental for the set-up or tear down.
Photo Booth Attendant
One of our professional staff members will be on site for the duration of your rental. This is automatically included at no additional cost.
Are there additional services that you offer?Along with the Photo booth we also rent margarita machines and offer a variety of add ons for the photo booth. Large inflatable screens, projectors, and PA systems also available.
